This rural retreat in the heart of the Loire Valley offers four impeccably styled guest suites - three in the original 1429 chateau building and La Boulangerie, a romantic, cosy cottage which dates from the 17th Century. Each suite has a fireplace with seating area, a luxury ensuite bathroom or shower room, original wooden beamed ceiling, and all the modern comforts you would expect, including English and French TV stations, DVD player, iPod dock, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar, and bathrobes. Two of the suites are available as family suites, sleeping up to five, on request.
We believe that a truly restful break starts with a good night’s sleep. That’s why we have chosen the ultimate in luxurious beds for each of our guest rooms : 180 x 200 cm memory foam mattresses made with cool, breathable, eco-friendly bamboo fibre. Our bed linen is 100% cotton, complemented with the most comfortable duvets and pillows we could find. For our younger guests, we provide 80 cm single beds, or a cot where required.
On the ground floor, guests will find a warm and inviting sitting room with an open fireplace which everyone is welcome to use. Guests may browse and borrow from a selection of books, magazines, boardgames and DVDs, and it's an ideal spot to relax with an aperitif or digestif. Its double glass doors open on to a large patio overlooking the garden.
